Desert Rose plants grown from seed. Pictures are of actual plants for sale. The mystery colors are more likely to be red, yellow, or pink.
The soil should be moist, not wet, and there should be no standing water. Use a well-drained soil and allow the soil mix to dry out thoroughly before watering again.
Light: Needs full sunlight. (But remember where you are. If you are in Florida or Texas, your leaves will still burn a little. The plants need to get 4-6 hours of direct sun. If you will be bringing them inside, place them near a window where they can get direct sunlight.
Water: When soil feels dry. Desert Rose trunks swell to conserve moisture for times of drought.
