Fire and Ice Hosta (Plantain Lily) is a Tall Variegated Beauty (1-1 1/2' tall and 1 to 2' wide) that produces leaves with pure white centers and dark green margins and lavender scapes. It's an attention grabber! Offers good slug resistance. 
Plantain lilies thrive when grown in moist soils with between 2-5 hours of partial sun. Plants should be divided every 3-5 years; its best to do so in the fall right before the first frost. Hummingbirds and bees are attracted to it flowers.
These roots are growing new plants as I type this!
