5 Cuttings for you to easily root yourself.

Remember:

If watered and cared for, these little babies wi grow to 10-20 ft tall, and bloom in the Fall for a wall of Sunflowers. All the pollinators love them! And what beauties they are!

Mexican Sunflower leaves can be used for animal fodder, compost, fuelwood, and insect control. Tithonia leaves are also used as a green manure due to the high nutrient content in the plant material. New growth is high in nitrogen (5.7%), phosphorus (0.5%), and potassium (2.8%). You can heavily prune and harvest this biomass and use it as "chop and drop" material around the base of other plants and it's also a great plant to use for making Fermented Plant Juice, a very cheap and easy to make Korean natural farming amendment.
